Poor Follow-Up and Unresolved Electrical Work
Seven months ago, I reached out to Electrified for two jobs: installing a bathroom fan/light and replacing an outlet in my driveway.
The fan/light itself is fine, but I was allowed to choose the size without any guidance, and it ended up being too small to properly cover the existing ceiling hole. Had someone advised me, I obviously would have selected a larger unit.
The bigger issue is the driveway outlet replacement, which cost me over $400. While they installed a fancy clear cover, the outlet itself has never worked properly from day one. I’ve called and texted multiple times over the past several months trying to get this resolved, and I’ve received no response.
